Alex B. Fair, MS - is the Founder and CEO of MedStartr. He originally trained as a scientist, working in physics, then cancer and finally in heart disease research. In the 90s he had an idea for a company that took off so he finished off his last paper and came into the world of business. MedStartr is his 7th startup and his favorite so far. Other creations include Expert-Med, Scanbuy.com, FairCareMD.com, MPADS.com, Dr1st.org and the Pinnacle Consulting Group as well as dozens of corporate entities and products for clients and employers over the years. Alex Lives in Long Island, New York and is the proud dad of two wonderful kids.

Bruce has 25+ years of experience in financial services including work at Compass Advisers, Loeb Partners, Lehman Brothers, Rothschild Venture Capital and Coopers & Lybrand (now part of PriceWaterhouseCoopers). During his career he has worked on projects in a wide range of industries. He has participated in raising over $2 billion in capital in public and private transactions with companies large and small and worked on a similar volume of M&A and Restructuring transactions. He has previously served on the Board of York Research Corp (an alternative energy developer) and Winfield Capital (a publicly traded SBIC).
JONATHAN FAIR

Most recently, as Executive Vice President of Douglaston Development from 2005-18, Jonathan oversaw the development, construction, management and disposition of over $2 billion worth of market rate rental, hospitality, mixed use and condominium developments locally and nationally. Prior to that position, he was the Executive Vice President of the New York City Economic Development Corporation and an Officer of the New York City Industrial Development Agency for 8 years. All totaled Jonathan had executive responsibility over $20 billion worth of projects. With his deep connections to investors and municipal economic development programs, Jon Fair has been an invaluable asset to the Fund and MedStartr Portfolio companies

Prior to MedStartr, Robert and his partners structured the mergers, and acquisition of their companies to one of the largest real estate companies in the US. As private investor, Robert has actively engaged and participated in the turnaround of several early stage investments and subsequent successful exits. Robert's addition to MedStartr Ventures has helped expand the platform and deal flow with the goal of finding, funding, and accelerating best in class startup companies and identify new investments to create additional value in our MedStartr venture fund and to find the best solutions in healthcare.
